Bastien Jack are proud to be registered with the Government Scheme Help To Buy Scheme (HTB).

What is it? – This is shared equity scheme which assists you in purchasing your new home with a lower deposit, minimum 5% of the purchase price and a 20% equity loan from the Government

Because of this support, lenders taking part are able to offer home buyers more high loan-to-value mortgages (80-95%).  You will still be fully responsible for your mortgage repayments. So if you have a 5% deposit, you will need to take out and pay back a 95% mortgage

All our homes are available with HTB if you meet your mortgage lending criteria.  Our sales team are very familiar with the stringent process and can assist and guide you through.
