Three days in and the top floor strip is well under way, ceiling down and walls exposed. By exposing the building fabric early in the programme, we have the earliest opportunity to clearly see the structure and plan suitable remedial work to re configure and provide four well constructed, quality riverside town houses. We are very pleased with progress and the operational team.
About to start the pre-strip of grade 2 listed building Banners Mill, the mill was latterly used as a tyre fitting centre. There has been many internal alterations over the years as the building has provided many uses, stripping all this out will provide a suitable blank canvas and appropriate focus on a quality conversion.

We have chosen to work with lenders with whom we have previous experience, ThinCats and Central Union. Unlike traditional commercial finance, ThinCats are experts in alternative lending, and presented our development to their investors, in the form of an auction on their website.
Due to the robust development due diligence, and attractive returns, our loan auction quickly filled, five days ahead of schedule. We have since completed the first drawdown on the loan.
The lending covers 100% of development costs, with additional contingency for any unforeseen circumstances.
This is a major step in ensuring the success of the development, and we look forward to establishing a mutually fruitful relationship with our lenders.

We are pleased to announce a new development site. We have completed on a new riverside development site in Barnard Castle County Durham. The Grade II listed mill will be tastefully converted to four 3 bedroom townhouses, boasting a picturesque riverside location and close proximity to the town centre, the properties will have both tranquility and convenience. Planning conditions are presently being discharged and final design tweaks should conclude by the end of next week. We aim to be on site by the end of the month.
