Phase 1 and 2 of East Grinstead come to a close with a team site visit.

The Bastien Jack team had a sneaky day out of the office last week to see the fruits of their labour.
The site at Phoenix House, East Grinstead which was formerly a substantial office used by the Health and Safety Executive has now been converted to 28 luxury apartments.  Minor works continue over Christmas to add the finishing touches to a couple of the units but largely the project is now complete.
The team have done a great job of keeping this project on track and getting the best value out of the land and delivering a great product.  Each unit has mechanical ventilation and heat recovery units, highly energy efficient LED lighting, high gloss fitted kitchens, carpets, ergonomically designed bathrooms and allocated secure parking.  We’ve already had 18 completions onsite and the team are now making final preparations to hand over the apartments to each buyer.
PS. If you missed this opportunity we have phase 3 coming along soon which is 12 new build apartments on the town centre site.
